Need a door handle put on cupboard door in hallway so can open it. Door on hotwater cupboard is sticking to close and getting worse. Window in bedroom needs work as has come loose. Tenants in property, so this is just general maintenance. Also have a gate that is in concrete, however the gate is not so secure as the concrete piece is loose, therefore gate is loose - need to fix this please as well.
