Upgrade outside areas

Replace front door - current door is old. Build a fence gate at bottom of garden. Add weatherboards to divider - by this I mean we have a divider between two units. At the moment it is 3 panes of frosted glass. One of the glass panes has cracked but the glass is now not available. We have decided to carry on the weatherboards as the divider as this goes with the house better. The framing is there so weatherboards are just needed to be put up.
