Replace windows with doors

We have two window units we want taken out, wall below removed, and replaced with doors. We already have the doors. We need labour to install them and finish everything off nicely. The first one is in our lounge and it's approx 2400 wide. The door we have is slightly wider, so we're guessing a stud may have to moved on one side to make a bit more width. We'd need the work in this room finished completely with mouldings, gib, plaster, etc. so it's completely ready to paint. The doors for this room does not include a frame so it will have to be framed in when installed. These doors also need most or all of their rusty hinges replaced. The second door is in our dining room. There are three windows together and we want two of them removed and replaced with a 1200 wide door (again, may be just slightly wider than the current opening). The third window on the left should stay as it is. This room is going to have more work done to it in the future so the level of finish is not as important. Gib and mouldings would be required but it's OK if not perfectly smooth and plastered on the joints--we will be getting this work done later. The doors for this room include their original frame and sill but it's cracked on one side so will need some repair. We may also want some bolts installed top and bottom of these but no other hardware should be required. I'm not 100% sure what our exterior walls are made of. Some kind of fiber/plaster board by the looks of it. Hopefully not asbestos? We can supply all timber and mouldings needed so please remove those costs from your quotes. I'm available during the workday if you want to come have a look before quoting. Would like work done as soon as possible while weather is still good as we have to be living in the house during work. A clean, tidy, dust-free job would be much appreciated.
