Fred sounded great initially. A few hiccups around customer engagement. The problem was that the shower lining was damaged when it put back in. We asked him to rectify and held the final 1/3 payment until sorted. It never was. He didn't respond to any requests to fix the issue and forfeited the final payment. Now we have an issue with silicon peeling off the shower. There should never have been silicon around the base of the one-piece plastic liner.`
