Fix up holes from Reno work

We have 3 minor items to fix and are eager to get them done over the next 3 weeks. 1 - we removed a wall mounted heat pump and now have a 70mm diameter hole through our lintel (160mm deep). We need this sealed and strengthened before winter. 2 - we moved a washing machine nook and now have 2 small holes in our timber floor boards. One is 30mm square and the other 50mm diameter. Both have easy access from under the house - standing room under house. 3 - we installed an awning and one of the fasteners has protruded through the internal plasterboard (5-10mm). We’d like to fix this up and need suggested options. Please reach out if you can address all three issues in one job. Evan
