Repair exterior plywood cladding

The bottom of the exterior cladding of the house has rotten and is soft when a screw-driver is inserted. The bottom part of the cladding needs to be removed and replaced. I have tested with a screwdriver and marked where it goes in / feels soft. The battens also need to be replaced. The wood is also soft under the aluminum window. It is Shadowclad Natural texture plywood that's been stained. I have put the green tape in the photos to give you an indication. Require both supply and install of the cladding, staining - either I can do or you can as well depending on price (would appreciate this as an extra itemised cost).
