Blocked kitchen sink. require fix today

Sink blocked in kitchen. excessive Vegetable scraps were put down the insinkerator and now seems to have blocked the pipe. Water seems to be draining from insinkerator basinside however seems to be pooling in the main basin. We have tried plunging both sides with no avail. We would love it up and running by tonight or by first thing saturday morning
