Our laundry floor needs replacing - it is of particle board (with a few large tiles in front of the sink) and has gone spongy - the room is 2 metres by 1.36 metres - we have not bought any materials and would appreciate the work being done sooner rather than later.

Bruce ran the job well and had all the relevant contractors lined up to do the work as quickly as possible (and in the right order) - all issues were solved at once (if you have a villa there are always some unknown nasties lurking) and everyone came when they said they would - overall very pleased with the service offered
