Furniture assembly

I have purchased a new mattress & base (queen size) and the fasteners in the base do not line up with the headboard. New holes will need to be made in the solid kauri headboard. I also need to have the old mattress & base moved downstairs to the garage. The men who delivered the new stuff are not allowed to move anything!
