Repair Shower door seals

My shower door is leaking water to the exterior of the shower. I think the rubber seals need replacing? Don't want an expensive job so not keen on replacing the shower or shower door so looking for someone who can fix the seal. Also the light fitting panel in the bath room has come off and needs to be reattached. See photos.
