Conservatory

We have a deck that did have a plastic corrugated roof and was plumbed with spouting and signed off with a building consent in 2005. We removed the roof as it caught the wind and was noisy. We now want to put a conservatory on the deck. The conservatory will fit within the width of the deck that is 4.20 and the conservatory is planned to be 3.5m wide x 2.15m deep with a glazed roof. It should be double glazed with a side door. I have attached a photo of the deck and the surrounds.
