Help save my dog from barking, will save me from going insane

Hey, I'm after the installation of window frosting on two sets of windows of a 1900 villa (4 panes and 6 panes in a bay window). My dog is stressing out and barks at everyone and everything that moves around the property, including cats, birds and trees. If we can reduce what he can see out the window, it'll reduce his stress, and thus reduce the barking and thus save my stress levels too. I’m not wanting the whole window covered, just approx 300-400mm high. The width of each window pane is 450mm Please provide specific responses and/or a quote to this request instead of a generic response. many thanks
