Addition of 40sqm to existing house, drawings are currently in for building consent. It is a simple retangular addition with a mezzanine floor sharing one wall with existing house. Simple construction with direct fix corrugate cladding, metal roofing, aluminium windows and gib linings. New bathroom and rainwater system with water tank. Relocation of existing exterior AC unit and 1 new unit.
