Dave got in touch within hours of me placing the job, and came round soon after to assess the work needed (removal of an old gas stovetop, increasing the size of the hole in the solid wood bench top, and installing the new unit). He gave me an estimate on the spot and was able to commence work straight away. The work was completed promptly and the kitchen was left clean and tidy, with no dust from the work to increase the size of the hole. Highly recommended!

We were in touch by the first tradie from the company and agreed 10am for the visit on Monday. The tradie did not turn up as per scheduled and did not pick up call. Tenent was waiting at home. We then called the company and they advised it was scheduled for afternoon but unable to confirm the time. The second tradie contacted us at 2:30 but the tenant had to pick up kids, so we had to drive in to open the door for the job. Job was finally completed on the day, but communication could be better.
