Need old fireplace and flue removed, its connected to a wetback but currently not being used as fire hasn't been used in years. The roof has roof tiles which also need to be replaced when the flue is taken out. Stone hearth also needs removing.

My brother is a plumber in christchurch so he got us a good price on a unit but I am looking for someone to hook it up and remove the old hot water cilinder. We have purchased a house with gas cooking from LPG bottles - scope is to upgrade this to add gas instant hot water and connection to natural gas mains. Based on First Gas website network natural gas is available on the street. Rinnai Infinity or similar for the hot water. Removal of existing hot water cylinder, all pipe work and certification.

Our house is approx 320sqm (built in the 70's/80's), single-level and contains 2 hot water cylinders (at opposite ends of the house). The house has 3 bathrooms, 2 at one end and 1 at the other end. We would like to remove both cylinders and install 2 Infinity gas systems which will require bottled LPG as natural gas is not available at the property.
