Gas connection and hot water installation

We have purchased a house with gas cooking from LPG bottles - scope is to upgrade this to add gas instant hot water and connection to natural gas mains. Based on First Gas website network natural gas is available on the street. Rinnai Infinity or similar for the hot water. Removal of existing hot water cylinder, all pipe work and certification.
