We were in touch by the first tradie from the company and agreed 10am for the visit on Monday. The tradie did not turn up as per scheduled and did not pick up call. Tenent was waiting at home. We then called the company and they advised it was scheduled for afternoon but unable to confirm the time. The second tradie contacted us at 2:30 but the tenant had to pick up kids, so we had to drive in to open the door for the job. Job was finally completed on the day, but communication could be better.
