Remedial masonry work to fit a gas fireplace into existing chimney.

Hi. I'd like a quote to remodel our existing brick fireplace to fit a RF700 (Real Fire gas fireplace). It looks like it will only need to be slightly widened, plus bought level with the floor. From there I presume fireproof board and foam for safety and to create a draw? Thanks
