Garden tidy up and refresh

I'm looking for someone to do an initial tidy-up of a small garden that has been let go, followed by maintenance visits until the house is sold. General weeding, pruning and a little lawnmowing required. Once the weeds are cleared, if there are empty spots that would benefit from a new plant or two, I'd like you to take care of this too.
