The hedge trimming & tidy-up was well done. However, communication with Urbano was not good. The job needed to be done asap and I was told it could be done. I was expecting a quick reply from Urbano, as I needed to find someone else for the job if they couldn't do it & almost gave the job to another gardener when I did not hear from him right away. When contacted for a second job, although he saw my message, he didn't bother to respond. Looks like he is not interested in repeat business.
