Replace existing garden with low maintenance garden

We would like the existing garden re-done. Remove river-stones and existing plants, lay weed matting and replace plants with new ones and replace river stones. Would like a variety of shades of ornamental grasses such as Blue Tussock, mondo grasses and flax lily to create a tidy eye catching driveway garden and door entrances. The current plants as pictured in the first photo need to be removed and disposed of. They collect rain water in the centre and become breeding grounds for mosquitos. Many of the other plants can stay and be reused.

Mark did a great job, tidied our gardens up and planted an easy care garden for our beach house. Highly recommend. He was also really flexible and accomodating when our neighbours asked him to do theirs also. Photos to come.
