Trim trees/hedges front and back section - Trim boundary hedges both sides and tops. Remove small Pohutukawa and Ferns to allow access for boat (driveway area). Front of downstairs accommodation trees to be reduced heavily to allow for more sunlight (Hibiscus/Pukka/Griselinia). Remove Citrus by rear fence and also remove Bay tree. Prune fruit trees along boundary, trim/prune trees interior of section. Reduce Toon trees, Frangipani and trim Pittosporum on decking area including tree intruding from neighbors property All waste removed, chipped. Site left clean and tidy on completion. (Estimate 8.5-10 HRS).
