Garden makeover and maintenance needed

I have a large raised garden which is overgrown with weeds it needs weeding and spraying then I'd like a weed mat and bark laid. The front lawn needs a bit of work to make it look nice again there are sections without grass and a few holes to fill. Also have general weeding, edges to be done and some fenceline shrubs to prune back. If also like periodic revisits to keep it all looking good.

Fetu was great to deal with and had the work done in a day. I had some concerns but he responded well and came around straight away to rectify the issues.
