1)Remove dead tree stump ,pile of branches & weeds,flatten off area 2)Remove pile of branches,weeds,invasive fern around feijoa tree 3)to discuss what to do with feijoa tree....cut down to below window & possibly try to turn it into a hedge??.... 4)Any privet,dead trees,cabbage trees & tall skinny tree in front area,cut down & remove.
