Lemon tree advice/pruning

Kia ora We have just moved into a house with 2 lemon trees. One lemon tree doesn't look well maintained , is very big and tall and looks to have lemon scab? and the other is in better condition, much smaller but also looks to possibly have lemon scab. I'd like someone to come and check them out, prune them if needed and try to make them better! And give me advice on caring for them. Thank you
