One-off lawn mowing

I have a long lawn that needs to be cut. The back is particularly long and the front has a large area where there was a 14' trampoline (now removed). I am leaving the property so I am looking for a cut to a reasonable length. The lawn area total is about 200-225m^2 which is my rough estimate using google maps. I normally mow this but my lawn mower has died and I've given up fixing it. I'm looking for just a mulching of the grass and a return to a decent state. See notes on lawns below. The lawn is four parts: 1) front roadway - grass is long and needs trim. Land is all flat. 2) front behind wall - grass is long, needs trim but there was also a 14' area where there was a trampoline. Land is all flat. Up against the wall is very long grass. This is actually very uneven. This can't be mowed because it is actually an old flower bed. (It wasn't mowed when I took possession.) 3) side portion - this is a flat bit that has long grass behind gate leading to a shed. Gentle slope to lawn down to shed. Up against the shed is another flower bed. 4) back area. This is a slightly steeper grade. I skipped mowing this last time so it is more overgrown than the other areas. This leads up to the shed from the other side.
