Regular Lawn Mowing

Looking for someone to mow lawn (every 3wks in summer and TBD in cooler months). Mow/mulch with trimmed edges and leaf blower to remove clippings from pathway/fence/side of house after mowing. Job can be done easily in less than 30mins by one person. Current mower charging $50. That's a lot of money for me so looking to see if anyone can do it for cheaper.
