Garden clean-up

We are looking for someone who can clean up the garden and tidy up the lawn for us. Mostly just green waste removal & lawn mowing We want someone who is professional, honest and reliable: show up at the agreed time, do what he/she says, keep us informed. We do NOT want someone who simply just disappears without trace after making an appointment. No time-wasters. Ideally we want this done as soon as possible as tenants are moving in next Friday. Attached some photos here for your information. The property is in Albany, just off Princeton Parade (off Rosedale Road). Thank you.
