Garden and Deck Fix Up

A relatively straightforward restoration job that we don't have time to do ourselves in preparation for moving out. We have a set of stairs leading up to the house in which weeds are growing in between and need removing. There are also lots of weeds growing to the left side of the house and in the path going around the back. The backyard is overgrown and needs mowing - there is a flat area out the back and then a sloped area that is harder to get to with a standard lawn mower. A fair warning there are dogs on the property who have messed up some of the rock gardens and have also torn up the paint off the deck from moving rocks around, so also would potentially be looking for somebody who would be able to strip and repaint the deck too if possible (small area, about 5x1m - we will provide the paint). Just looking to get a quote for now, as we don't know the exact dates when we'll be moving but it will likely be towards the middle of Jan to the beginning of Feb and photos will be provided once we have a more concrete time.
