Hedge trimming, garden tidy up

Our section is a low maintenance section which has a tall (approx. 3 metre high) front hedge and another smaller (approx 1-.15m high) hedge bordering one side of the property both of which need trimming. The garden needs general weeding and pruning prior to house sale.
