Rake off and keep 50mm of bark. Remove young bush shrubs (qty 20+/-) Dig out 0.5 metres of clay and remove off-site (measured guess approx 7m3). Replace clay with 4m3 Waikato topsoil and 3m3 of garden mix Raised and fenced garden beds accessible street side up 6 steps Replant both the removed bushes and 20 more = +/- 40 Add back mulch and add 1m3 of 40mm bark nougats
