Move palm tree up a slope

Had a palm tree delivered, delivery guy brought up the front garden hill using a trolley but he couldn't get it through the gate and up the back garden (see photo looking uphill) and into the raised bed as the trolley was too wide for the gate. Need it taking from where it is up to top of back garden and into raised bed. One guy managed to get it up the front garden slope by himself. Think it requires 2 guys with a trolley (we have one but not sure it would take the weight) to do the job. Th...

Lawn mowing

Looking for on-going lawn mowing. Property has about 700m^2 of lawn, including slope and flat areas. Mowing to be done every 2-4 weeks depending on weather and how fast the grass grows. Photos taken when the lawn was taller, the lawn was last done about 6 weeks ago but has been growing quite slowly so not as tall at the moment.

Green waste removal

We have cut down a large conifer bush and need it removed. It's all on the front lawn cut up ready to go so could be collected any time. Is quite a lot of it (I would guess approx 6 cubic metres). We are in Cockle Bay.
