Various outdoor jobs for rental property

Hello, I'm looking to get some quotes for my rental property in Nawton, Hamilton. I'm interested in quotes for the below if these are things you do? - Grass cut - Removal dirt/garden waste built up around side of garage - Shared fence at beginning of driveway is falling down - There seems to be a leak in the garage however we are unsure where it is coming from The property is currently vacant and I'm looking to get quotes/work done asap as we are going to have viewings starting next week. Is there any chance you would be available to go around to take a look tomorrow (Wednesday) and quote? I won't be there given I'm in Auckland but can be available to discuss over the phone. Given the jobs are all outside, there is no need to have anyone meet you onsite and you could go anytime that suits given there are no tenants. Thanks, Olivia
