We have bi weekly and monthly jobs to be done at a Self Storage property. We have a list of tasks and standards to be met. Meeting for quote purposes is on Fri, Sat or Sun 4-5-6 Dec. We will give the tasks then. it is more than just gardening, it is window cleaning, sweeping, weeding, yard spraying, tree trimming, lawnmowing to keep property in a tidy condition. References we can call essential. Monthly AP payment for all jobs
