Garden clearance, weeding, removal of yucca stump etc to prepare house for sale

We are keen to get gardening quotes to help prepare our mother’s house for sale - this job involves removing weeds and over grown plants from garden beds around the property fence line; removing a broken yucca stump; spraying weeds and beds with weedkiller, trimming small trees and bushes, removal of old fertiliser sacks, lawn mowing and general outside tidy up. Must be available between 6 - 9 July to view property so a quote can be provided on 10 July. Cost effective, professional service providers only please. All rubbish and green waste to be removed from site.
