Fix our garden!

We are renting our home and the garden is a mess. As much as we try its just too big a job for 2 people with not a lot of garden experience. Theres some holes in back yard that need filling to make the lawn flat, we have a square section that used to be a vegetable patch that needs to be completely dug out and re done, we have some flower beds around the garden that need to have the weeds dug out and we want something that will prevent the weeds growing back (if thats even possible), and theres another back corner with some bushes in it that needs to be sorted. If the green waste could be removed as well that would be greatly appreciated! Sorry we dont know the square metres of the lawn but we have attached photos.
