Overgrown Garden Boundary Clearance

I require north and south boundary clearance of overgrown shrubs on my propery (boundaries about 40m in length) for the installation of a fence. Shrubs are relatively large and access may be tricky in some spots. There is also a small fence which has failed and will require removal.
