Lawns mowed and garden tidy

Lawns mowed and edges trimmed (smaller section 500 m2) and basic garden tidy up, weeding/spraying etc, raking over weeds and spring clean up. Approx 2-3 hours work I believe. This would include grass clippings and weed removal. Moving out of rental and need this done asap before Tuesday the 18th September (have been let down by another gardener!!)
