Help Spruce Me Up

My garden is in need of some assistance (as am I to get it sorted) Garden is riddled with convolvulus. Initial plan was to clear out by the clothesline and "vege" garden, but more drastic action may also be required around the courtyard too. Plan with "vege" garden is to strip, back fill and use large pavers to cover Then by the clothes line, strip / weed Under the trees, maybe lift bark and remove weeds, bark and matting. Tree trimming definitely needed Like I say, HELP is required. Concrete needs a water blast as well. Please take a look.
