Clearing and replanting the border areas along the driveway.

Garden Work – Clearing and replanting the border areas along the driveway and at the top of Driveway for 29 - 77 Gibraltar Crescent, Parnell. Area 1 – Top Area on Gibraltar Crescent to the left of the driveway entrance (measures approximately 12m x 0.5m) • Clear and remove surface weeds • Add top quality topsoil with nutrients, fertiliser • Lay heavy duty weed mat • Plant with appropriate evergreen slow growing hedging plants • Top off with brown bark Area 2 – Gibraltar Crescent Driveway (measures approximately 50m long x 0.75m wide) • Clear and remove ALL overgrown plants and shrubs including any with stumps excluding the trees. This includes flax, 2 Yuccas and 2 Chatham Island Nikaus. • Grind down 2 old Yucca stumps. • Add top quality topsoil with nutrients, fertiliser • Plant with slow growing grasses i.e. Lime Tuff • Top off with brown bark
