Garage conversion

Downstairs used to be a garage, converted to a rumpus, now want to convert back to garage. Removal of aluminium ranch-slider, addition of tilt-a-door remote controlled garage door (not supplied), addition of concrete ramp up to edge of house (approx 200mm). No measurements yet.
