The door lock/handle on this older tilt-a-door no longer reliably locks or stays closed. It has had numerous attempts to fix it, and probably needs a new handle and lock and a good look at the mechanism etc. It needs to be fixed properly once and for all, so I'm wanting someone with garage door and lock experience please.

Work was done on a rental property and I live remotely from this property, so I haven't been able to directly inspect the work. The tenants report the work was done, and the door works properly now as long as they give it a good slam!
