Wood post garage doors are on are rotten

1 x full wood beam to be replaced and wood added at base of other door to support weight structure. Doors are very heavy. Note, garage exterior is asbestos/cement material, wood to be replaced is not permanently connected to the exterior, except for some nails. If you need any further details, please let me know.

Hi , my garage door was stopping intermittently half way up for a short period then stopped. Opener appears stuck. Chain seems lined up on sprockets both ends but tight one side. Can't loosen even when disconnect door runner. Garage door opens and closes OK manually. when turn power off and on again can switch door on and it clicks and cuts out.
