Garage Door issue

Door isn’t tracking straight when closing, causing it to run (and often jam, automatically sending it back up). I have to pull the door as it closes to keep it running true so it closes. Photos show rubbing on door frame, and a photo of the LH channel with wear inside which isn’t present on the RH (good) side. I have added a video on my Google drive showing the juddering etc : ---
