Water tank install - Concrete slab and plumbing

We are looking to install a 2000L slim water tank behind out sleep-out. There is a 1 meter gap between the building and the fence. Due to the weight of the tank we want to fix it with seismic bracing to a concrete foundation/slab. Also keen to have the tank plumbed. The plan is to collect rain water from the gutter of the sleep-out (photos attached). We need plumbing from the current gutter down pipe to the tank, Plumbing from the tank overflow to a drain on the side of the sleep out and a hose port/tap on the tank.
