Front door difficult to open - foundation issues

My front door has been difficult to open and close since June/July and you can see from the photos that the door is out of alignment with the frame. There is some/limited access under the house to the concrete slab that the front door entryway is sitting on. Looking at getting this resolved in the next month or two.
