Easy Job, New Subfloor Timbers

Hi there I'm not quite sure in what category to post this job. Pretty sure this is right, let me know if it is not! Moving into New home. Previous owner removed 2-3 of the subfloor timbers in order to make a storage area. This is under master bedroom, and master bedroom has sunk a little, as can be seen in photos. Builders inspection thought the best solution would be to Jack the house up under the master bedroom, and concrete in 2-3 New timbers. Previous owner did do a quick concrete job in that area for storage, the might need removing for new timbers (just enough to get them in) Give me some indication of price, and we can go from there I can meet chosen contractor on my pre settlement inspection which is on the 16th
