Re-Piling home

We have been advised that the back of our house piling needs to be redone as it wasn't set properly when the house was moved 20-30 years ago. Our house is a 101sqm home and there is access to under the home - but we're not sure if the entire house needs to be re-piled or just the back section. From what we understand, it's starting to sag the house in places.
