Castle Heights

I have a triangular concrete patio area with an aluminium and glass conservatory sitting on top. The concrete has cracked in the middle and both sides have dropped approximately 100mm causing the conservatory to pull away from the unit. Both corners of the slab need to be lifted and somehow propped up. Patio sits above ground level with a small 300mm retaining wall around it. Not much access for machinery however.
