Repile foundations
Job description
Half the house is on blocks and half is on timber piles. The part on timber piles is no longer level and needs repiling. Easy access under the house with about 800mm clearance at lowest point. Most of it is more like 1200mm clearance or better. Please contact me to visit site and go over specifications. You'll need to be capable of handling the building consent process.

Tried to write a detailed review, but only 500 characters allowed - Short Summary - very poor work done - major headaches trying to get it sorted - systematic ramping up of quoted pricing, but to be fair, the job was finished in the end, although I doubt it would pass a building inspection (still some packers not tied in, but I'm well over arguing about it now, so just gonna let it slide).
